BIOGRAPHY Mervyn Kelly is a native of the Ottawa Valley; He graduated from Concordia University in Montreal, with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He attended Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto where he received his Law Degree. Following Law School, he established his law practice in Clarington Ontario, formerly Bowmanville; His law practice focuses mainly on Criminal Law, with a special emphasis on Youth Criminal Justice. He also provides services in Wills and Estates. Mervyn is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the governing body of the Legal Profession in Ontario, and the Ontario Criminal Lawyers Association.
